By accessing or using FindJob (findjob.cloud), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform and delete your account. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Jennefer Rahman (sole proprietor, Offenbach am Main, Germany), the operator of FindJob. Use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
FindJob is a neutral technical platform that provides infrastructure for jobseekers and employers to connect directly. FindJob does NOT: — Act as a recruitment agency or employment agency — Actively place candidates in jobs — Act as an intermediary, broker, or agent between jobseeker and employer — Guarantee, endorse, or verify any employment offer — Verify the identity, credentials, or legitimacy of employers or jobseekers beyond basic registration FindJob acts solely as a platform operator (Plattformbetreiber) within the meaning of applicable EU and German law. All interactions, agreements, and employment relationships are exclusively between the jobseeker and the employer. FindJob is not a party to any employment contract, offer, or negotiation.
FindJob expressly disclaims all liability for: — The accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any user profile, job offer, or message — Any employment decisions made by employers or jobseekers — Any disputes, claims, or damages arising between employers and jobseekers — Any misrepresentation of qualifications by jobseekers — Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct by any user — The outcome of any hiring process initiated through the platform Users interact with each other at their own risk. FindJob is not responsible for any harm resulting from such interactions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use FindJob. By registering, you confirm that: — You are 18 or older — All information you provide is accurate and truthful — You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — You are not prohibited from using the platform under applicable law FindJob reserves the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors without notice or refund.
Registration as a jobseeker is free of charge. You may use a username instead of your real name. By registering, you agree to: — Respond to every job offer within 24 hours (accept or decline) — Keep your profile and availability status accurate and up to date — Not create multiple accounts — Not impersonate other persons or entities — Provide truthful information about your experience and qualifications — Not use the platform for any purpose other than genuine job searching Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account termination without notice or compensation.
Jobseekers must respond to every job offer within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to respond results in a strike. Three strikes result in a permanent ban with no possibility of reinstatement, appeal, or any form of compensation. This rule is automatically enforced by our system. By registering, jobseekers explicitly acknowledge and accept this rule as a fundamental condition of platform access.
By registering as a jobseeker, you explicitly and irrevocably agree to share your degree, certificate, diploma, or professional qualification with any employer who sends you a job offer and requests credential verification. You confirm that: — All qualifications listed on your profile are genuine and verifiable — You have not misrepresented your education, experience, or skills — You will provide credentials promptly upon request Misrepresentation of qualifications constitutes fraud and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law. FindJob bears no responsibility for credential fraud by jobseekers.
Employers pay a flat monthly subscription fee of $99 USD for unlimited access to the active jobseeker pool. By subscribing, you agree to: — Use the platform solely for legitimate, lawful hiring purposes — Not discriminate against candidates on grounds prohibited by applicable law — Not contact jobseekers outside the platform during an active subscription — Not harass, threaten, or send offensive messages to jobseekers — Not share, sell, or distribute candidate data to third parties — Comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws in your jurisdiction FindJob is not responsible for any employer's hiring decisions, hiring practices, or compliance with employment law.
The candidate pool is locked until 500 active jobseeker profiles are reached. Employers who subscribe before this threshold is met will gain access automatically once 500 profiles are active. No refunds are issued for any waiting period. The subscription fee is charged regardless of pool lock status. By subscribing, employers explicitly acknowledge and accept this condition.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. Employers may cancel at any time through their dashboard. Upon cancellation: — Access continues until the end of the current billing period — No partial refunds are issued for unused days — All employer account data is permanently deleted after the billing period ends FindJob reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except: — Where required by mandatory applicable law (e.g., EU consumer right of withdrawal within 14 days for digital services, where applicable) — In the event of a technical failure on FindJob's part preventing platform access for more than 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rated refund may be requested within 14 days Refund requests must be submitted to info@findjob.cloud. FindJob reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
The following is strictly prohibited: — Harassment, threats, or abusive communication — Spam or unsolicited commercial messages — Uploading malicious code or content — Unauthorized access to accounts or systems — Automated scraping or data extraction — Fake profiles or impersonation — Use for illegal purposes of any kind — Circumventing bans through new accounts — Reverse engineering the platform — Using candidate data for purposes outside of FindJob Violations result in immediate permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Your use of FindJob is subject to our Privacy Policy (findjob.cloud/privacy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein. FindJob processes personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and applicable German data protection law.
All platform content — including design, code, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Jennefer Rahman and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant FindJob a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform for the duration of your account.
FindJob is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the platform will meet your expectations. We make no guarantees regarding job placement, interview outcomes, hiring success, or the quality of any user.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FindJob's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. FindJob is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindJob and its operator Jennefer Rahman from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: — Your use of the platform — Your violation of these Terms — Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights — Any content you submit to the platform — Any dispute between you and another user
FindJob may suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Terminated employer accounts will not receive refunds unless required by law. FindJob reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. If you are a consumer in an EU member state, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, registered users will be notified via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform and delete your account.
